PFM Dental Lab
PFM Dental Laboratory Services
Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations are prescribed when a metal coping or framework is required to support porcelain and maintain structural stability. PFM remains a common option for crown and bridge cases where span length, occlusal load, or margin durability are primary considerations.
PFM cases are fabricated from the records and case details submitted by the dentist. Digital scans and conventional impressions are accepted. Each case is reviewed to confirm coping thickness, porcelain clearance, and margin configuration before fabrication begins.
For case coordination or technical support, call (780) 421-1890.
PFM Fabrication for Clinical Use
Restorations are fabricated with attention to marginal accuracy, contact strength, occlusion, and material-specific behavior. Each case is reviewed against the submitted prescription before production begins to reduce remakes and chairside adjustments.
